Description

This Mindful Yoga class is designed to be deeply nourishing for your body and mind supporting you in leaving each class feeling rejuvenated. We will release tension held in the body's tissues whilst also improving balance, mobility, and flexibility. Each session will incorporate somatic movements, strengthening standing yoga postures and nurturing relaxation restorative poses held for longer, encouraging deep muscle and connective tissue release. Themes will be explored in the class, weaving in mindfulness, meditation and breathwork providing tools to soothe and calm the nervous system, develop body awareness and empower you to navigate life's challenges with grace. Each class is appropriate for all levels. There is the space and kind attention for each person to move with an emphasis on the breath, feel supported and pause whenever they need. By regularly practising yoga, you will start to see and feel a range of benefits, including improved flexibility, strength and balance. Yoga can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve digestion and assists with better sleep. In addition to the physical benefits, yoga is also a fantastic way to develop mental clarity, focus and mindfulness. By connecting your breath with movement, you'll learn how to stay present in the moment and cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace. Please have a clear, quiet space to practise. A yoga mat, blocks (or thick books) a bolster (or 2 pillows) and a blanket. I'm looking forward to seeing you! Joanna You will be sent a Zoom link via email.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your participation in a class less then 24hrs before the class, unfortunately no refund can be given. You will be able to reschedule your class via the website or app in the My Bookings area 24hrs before the class. Any refunds will be subject to a 10% admin fee.
